My name is Fatima Youssef. I hold a Master's degree in International Relations with a concentration in Conflict Resolution. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Arabic and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs.

I have always had a special fascination with language and culture. I was brought up in a bilingual and bicultural household. It has been my personal mission to become a cultural sponge of sorts ever since I was a small child. So I saw an opportunity in my undergraduate career for me to bridge the gap between what I really love to do and the field of work that I have always wanted to work in.

By employing the theoretical framework that I have gained from graduate school and the practical skills I have obtained from my experience, I provide business and non-business organizations with assistance in training, consulting, coaching, retreat and meeting facilitation, to foster organizational development that transcends cultural boundaries and nurtures environments of diversity and inclusiveness.
